Q. How to Troubleshoot Checkout Errors
If you have encountered any errors during your checkout process, we would recommend you to follow these steps to resolve it.
■ For no recorded orders but charged
If you have been charged from your account but no orders were recorded, the payment is possibly pending and was not accepted in our system due to possible bank error.
Kindly follow these steps:
1. Check your account balance.
● If you are charged, please follow the succeeding steps.
● If you are not charged, you may proceed to reorder.
2. Confirm your payment history in your banking app.
3. Raise the charging concern to your issuing bank.
● Provide your transaction details. (Date / Time of Payment Attempt)
● Confirm to your bank that the charge has no corresponding order by providing your Order History from the UNIQLO app.
4. Wait for your bank's update based on their processing time frame.
■ If you do not receive your OTP/OTP confirmation
1. Re-confirm your statement of account.
2. Check if you have a stable internet connection and mobile signal.
3. Confirm if your issuing bank has a system maintenance.
4. Retry to checkout.
5. If the issue still persists, you may opt to contact your issuing bank directly.
