How to Use Coupons

Your earned coupons will appear on your UNIQLO account. To access your coupons, just click on [MEMBERSHIP] and select [COUPONS]. 

 

• For Online Purchase

  1. Go to your cart and review your items
  
  2. Click on the [COUPONS] tab and select a coupon (subject to eligibility). Please ensure that you will meet the required minimum purchase to use the Coupon.
  
  
  
  3. Click on [COUPON] then [APPLY]
  
  
  
  4. Check Order Summary if coupon amount has reflected
  
  
  
  5. Proceed with [CHECKOUT]

  
   

• For Store Purchase

  1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP]
  2. Click on the [COUPONS] tab and select [RETAIL STORES]
  3. Choose your preferred coupon by ticking the box and click [APPLY SELECTED COUPON]
  
  
  4. Ask the cashier to scan the barcode indicated on the screen. Only the cashier can click on the [MANUALLY REDEEMING COUPON (For Staff)] button.
  
  
  
  5. DO NOT click on the [REDEEM] button. Only our cashiers should be the one to do this. 
  
  
  
  NOTE: Please remember that the [REDEEM] button is ONLY for in-store use. If you have redeemed it yourself without any transactions, we can no longer revive/refund the coupon.
