How do I check my order status?
You can check your Order Status through the UNIQLO app or website.

Steps:
1. Click on the [MEMBERSHIP] icon.
2. Select [ORDER HISTORY]
3. Click on [DETAILS] to view the Order Summary
Home Delivery:
■ Access your Order History and check the status of your order as it will be updated real time once our team has shipped out your parcel.
■ If the delivery slip number (tracking number) has been provided, you may click on it as it will lead you to the delivery status of your order in NinjaVan's website.
■ We also provide the Tracking Number of your order via automated email once your order has been shipped out from our Warehouse. Counting of the delivery days (in business days) will start once we have shipped out your order.
■ If you have availed Online Alteration service for your order, kindly note that that an additional 1 day of processing will be needed before we ship out your order.
Click & Collect (Store Pick-up) Delivery
■ You may confirm your Click & Collect delivery status by checking your Order History in the app. It is recommended to check first the estimated delivery timeframe of Online Orders and the "Detailed Status" as it will indicate the real time status of your Click & Collect order. Ex:
■ If your Click & Collect delivery is way past its estimated delivery time, we highly recommend giving your preferred store a call so they can check if your parcel has arrived in the store. Landline numbers are provided in Store Locator.
■ You will receive an automated email on your nominated email address for your order once the store has received the parcel for pick-up. You may provide this as proof besides your Order History when claiming your order in the store.
Please note that all Click & Collect orders are subject to our warehouse processing and it will not be processed by the store you chose as pick-up point. Estimated standard delivery time will still follow.
■ If you have availed the Same Day Click & Collect delivery in select stores, you may expect to be updated via automated email by 7 pm once your order is now ready for pick-up.

■ If you have availed Online Alteration service for your order, kindly note that that an additional 1 day of processing will be needed before we ship out your order.
■ For Gift Services, an additional 1 to 2 days will be allotted for the processing.
■ If you have placed an order with an item in transit, there might be delays in delivery due to an additional 1 to 2 days of processing.

■ Do you update provide updates for my Home Delivery?
Once we have provided you the tracking number for your order, NinjaVan will be providing you updates via their tracking site.
■ Can you track Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, Click & Collect orders are handled by our internal logistics team. No tracking status are given real time as we expect to meet the standard delivery timeframe for Click & Collect orders which you can check here. You may also call the store directly if your Click & Collect order is past its estimated standard delivery time.
■ Can I have my Click & Collect order claimed by my authorized representative?
Yes, kindly provide the automated email that you will receive from us once the store has received your parcel for claiming. In addition, you may provide them a screenshot of your Order History that contains the details of your order. We highly suggest also to provide an authorization letter for additional verification.
■ I ordered on a Sunday/Holiday, why is my order not yet delivered?
If you have placed your order on a Sunday / Holiday, our warehouse team will still need to process your order on the next possible business day and have it forwarded to our logistics partner for shipment. -
