Q. How can I add items to my purchase history?
For Store Purchases:
► Present your membership ID to the cashier upon the transaction. Your purchase history will take into effect the following day of your purchase.
► If your app was not scanned, unfortunately we cannot manually add items to your purchase history.
For Online Purchases
► Order history is updated right after you complete your order.
► If you do not see your order or encountered an error during the completion process, please get in touch with our Customer Support team via Chat: https://www.uniqlo.com/ph/en/iq
