Q. How can I add items to my purchase history?
For Store Purchases:
► Present your membership ID to the cashier upon the transaction. Your purchase history will take into effect the following day of your purchase.
► If your app was not scanned, unfortunately we cannot manually add items to your purchase history.
To verify if your store purchase has been recorded in your UNIQLO PH App, kindly see below:
► Check if your UNIQLO App Membership ID is reflected before the list of items on your receipt.
For Online Purchases
► Order history is updated right after you complete your order.
