Q. How can I access my UNIQLO Order History?
You can access your order history by logging in to your UNIQLO account.
How to access your Order History:
1. Go to [MEMBERSHIP]
2. Select [ORDER HISTORY]
• Order history is only for Online Store purchase records.
• Your order history will be reflected once your order is successful.
• Order history does not show any returned or exchanged items.
• Order history is not a valid proof of purchase for return or exchange. If you wish to have a valid proof of purchase from your Online Store Purchase, kindly print out a copy of your E-Invoice which is attached to the Shipment Confirmation Email and available for download in your UNIQLO PH App Order History.
• You still need all the necessary documents if you wish to exchange items in Physical Store and for Return in our Warehouse. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy for the complete requirements for Return or Exchange
