Q. Can someone other than myself receive the delivery of my purchased items?
Yes. You can authorize someone to receive your parcel from UNIQLO Philippines.
Home Delivery: If the assigned courier has reached out to you via Call or Text regarding your Home Delivery, they may require you to send a text message to document your request to have someone on your behalf to receive the parcel. This should apply also if you wish to receive your parcel at a receiving location (ex: Hotel Lobby / Delivery Area of Condominiums).
Click & Collect: You or your authorized representative would just need to present the Click & Collect order confirmation email (with the QR code) or the Order History on your UNIQLO PH app showing the Order Number when claiming your order from the store.
If you wish to use a courier service to claim your Click & Collect order in the store, the same method will suffice but we highly recommend you to reach out to the store first to have this method coordinated before booking your courier.
