Q. Can I still change my order once it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we are unable to change your order anymore including changing the color, size of an item, and adding new ones. However, if the cancel button is still clickable in the order confirmation page, you may opt to cancel the order and create a new one. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the item/s you have selected will still be available when you place a new order.

To cancel your order, kindly follow the steps:
1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP]
2. Click on [ORDER HISTORY]
3. The [CANCEL] button will appear if your order is eligible for cancellation.
