Q. Can I select the courier for delivery?
UNIQLO Philippines has partnered with NINJA VAN as our main courier for all online deliveries. We also have AIR21 to support with deliveries. You cannot choose your preferred courier for your delivery at the moment.
If you want your items to be delivered to you, kindly check Ninja Van's website for the complete coverage.
If your delivery address is not covered by Ninja Van, we may attempt to deliver it via AIR21 only if you paid online or via pay-in-store. To receive the package, you must present a valid ID.
