Q. Can I select the courier for delivery?
UNIQLO Philippines has partnered with WExpress as our main courier for all online deliveries. We also have AIR21 to support with deliveries. You cannot choose your preferred courier for your delivery at the moment.
You may access this link to check if your area is not serviceable by WExpress: Serviceable Area Adjustments
If your delivery address is not covered by WEXpress, we may attempt to deliver it via AIR21 only if you paid online or via pay-in-store. To receive the package, you must present a valid ID.
