• To check stores' information which includes their contact number, you can use our Store Locator. Please ensure to bring your official receipt or your Purchase History in the UNIQLO PH App so that the team can verify your purchase.
Online Store Purchase
• If you have purchased your item online, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team via any channels available below. Kindly prepare to provide us a picture of the faulty item and a copy of all the documents from your online order.
