Can this promotion be used with other existing UNIQLO promos?

Yes. This promo can be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos under UNIQLO Philippines provided that the customer’s purchase meets the requirements.

Is there a purchase requirement to get the raffle entry?

Yes. For every single receipt purchase worth Php3,500.00 (after discounts and coupon; not including alteration, gift service, paper bag and shipping fees) at any UNIQLO store nationwide and through the UNIQLO app, a customer is entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry to get a chance to win two (2) Regular Economy round-trip tickets to Tokyo, Japan (Manila-Narita-Manila or Manila-Haneda-Manila) via All Nippon Airways (ANA). Cost of plane tickets including fuel surcharge, airline tax, and Philippine Travel Tax will be shouldered by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc.

If I purchase more than P3,500, do I get multiple entries?

No. Customers can only join the raffle once.
Multiple transactions using the same UNIQLO App Membership ID will only be counted as one (1) entry.

When is the promo duration?

Promo runs from February 9 to March 1, 2024 only. Winners will be announced on or before March 15, 2024 via UNIQLO Facebook page.

When is the redemption period?

Redemption period is 60 days upon receipt of registered notice. If not claimed, prizes will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn upon prior approval by the DTI.

When is the travel period?

Travel period is from May 6, 2024 to October 6, 2024. Flight schedule shall be subject to availability of tickets by All Nippon Airways (ANA).

I currently do not have a Japan visa. Will this be covered and processed by UNIQLO?

No. The promo only covers airfare tickets via All Nippon Airways (ANA). Winners should process and shoulder their Japan visa application.

Apart from the airfare prize, will there be hotel accommodation, meals, and pocket money provided by UNIQLO?

No. Hotel accommodation, meals, and pocket expenses will be shouldered by the winner.

Are there any taxes that will be shouldered by the winner?

Yes. The winner will need to shoulder the 20% withholding tax of the prize. Payment processing of the Withholding Tax will be coordinated to the winner by our partner agency.

How do I claim the prize if I won?

Winners should claim their prize and coordinate his/her preferred travel date with UNIQLO's agency partner, RadManila Communications Inc. OIC,  Lea Mari O. Loquinario, with email address <aya@radmanila.com> during office hours, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.
