Promo Mechanics
1. Customers of UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and UNIQLO SM Aura Premier have a chance to get a free novelty item from December 6 to December 12 after completing the UNIQLO App Sticker Hunt. 
2. Steps on UNIQLO App Sticker Hunt as follows: 

     ➤ Step 1 - Download the UNIQLO app and create an account/log-in to your account 
     ➤ Step 2 - Open the UNIQLO App and go to the app message box to access the AR game 
     ➤ Step 3 - Go around the UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and UNIQLO SM Aura Premier sales floor and look for all 5 icons. Tap to collect each box shown on your screen.   
     ➤ Step 4 - Once all 5 boxes have been found, please proceed to the UNIQLO App booth in UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and UNIQLO SM Aura Premier, present the Congratulations          Screen on the app to get a FREE novelty item. 

Terms and Conditions 
1. Customers have until December 12, 2024 to complete all 5 Boxes in the UNIQLO App Hunt.
2. One (1) UNIQLO App Membership ID, and completed UNIQLO App Hunt Boxes entitles customers to only one (1) FREE UNIQLO Novelty Item during the promotion period. 
3. One (1) UNIQLO Novelty Item may only be claimed as part of the promotion.
4. No personal information will be recorded throughout the campaign duration.
5. Novelty prize is not transferable or convertible to cash. 
6. Novelty prize cannot be exchanged for a different novelty item.
7. The FREE novelty item can be claimed at the UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and UNIQLO SM Aura Premier counter until December 12, 2024 only upon completion of the game.
8. Screenshots of the game, especially the congratulations screen, are prohibited and will not be honored as proof of completing or winning the game.
9. UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and UNIQLO SM Aura Premier novelty booths will be located inside the store.

  When and where can I avail the FREE Novelty Item?
  ➥  The FREE novelty item is only available at the UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia and UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store from December 6 to December 12, 2024 when you join the UNIQLO App Sticker Hunt and is able to complete and find all 5 App Benefits.   Who can avail of the FREE UNIQLO Novelty Item?
  ➥  All customers with a UNIQLO App and has completed all 5 boxes in the UNIQLO App Hunt at UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and UNIQLO SM Aura Premier is valid to claim the FREE UNIQLO Novelty item. 
  
  How many FREE UNIQLO Novelty Items can be claimed?
  ➥ Each customer will receive one (1) novelty once they complete the UNIQLO App Hunt. Only (1) UNIQLO App Membership ID is allowed to get (1) Novelty. 
  
  Can I get a novelty item in another store?
  ➥ No. The App Sticker Hunt is only available in  UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and UNIQLO SM Aura Premier from December 6 to 12, 2024.
  
  Can I purchase the UNIQLO Novelty Items? 
  ➥ No. The UNIQLO Novelty Items may only be claimed as part of the promotion. 
  
  Do I need to purchase in the store or online to avail of the novelty?
  ➥ No. You may join the game for free as long as you are a UNIQLO App Member.
  
  How do I know what novelty item I will be getting?
  ➥ Once you have completed the UNIQLO App Hunt game, there will be a winning screen that shows the random UNIQLO novelty. Show the screen to the UNIQLO App Booth Ambassador to claim your prize. 
  
  Can I still exchange the novelty item I received for a different one?
  ➥ No. You cannot exchange the novelty item you have received.

  What happens if I exit the game? 
  ➥  Your game will be saved as long as you do not manually clear your cache in your phone settings. 
  
  What happens if it hangs?

  Why does it not scan the sticker? 
  ➥ You may have a slow internet connection or the image is not recognized properly. Kindly ensure that you are in a well-lit environment and position your phone based on the marker. 
  
  Can I use the Store Wi-Fi to play the game? 
  ➥ Yes, you may use the Store Wi-Fi (for UNIQLO App use only) to play the game. Kindly ask assistance to any of our staff members in the store to use this.
