Q. How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your Order Status in the UNIQLO app/website:
1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP]
2. Select [ORDER HISTORY]

1. For Home Delivery
You will receive an email with your tracking details when your order is shipped out. Please use this to check on the delivery status of your order.
You may visit Ninjavan and enter the tracking number indicated on your confirmation e-mail.

2. For Click & Collect
You will receive an email when your order is shipped out and an email notification when your order is available for pick-up at your chosen store. It will take a few days for it to arrive at the store.

Be sure to also check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email is not in your Inbox folder. Order processing may take up to 2 business days. If you do not receive any email notification from us after that time, kindly contact our Customer Center Team using the links below.
