Q. Online Payment Methods

To order online, we have three (3) payment methods available.

1. Online Payment via credit/debit card 

- For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX. 
- For debit cards, Visa and Mastercard only. 
 

2. Pay In Store

- Payment should be made within 2 hours of placing the order. 
- If payment is not made within that time, your order will automatically be cancelled. 
- Pay In Store is disabled 2 hours before a store's closing hours. 
- We accept the following modes of payment for Pay In Store: 
1. Cash  
2. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) 
3. Debit card (Visa, Mastercard) 
4. E-wallet payments (Alipay, GCash, GrabPay, WeChat Pay) 
5. Digital or Physical Sodexo

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is only available for home delivery and is not valid for Click & Collect (store pick up). 
- COD orders will depend on Ninjavan's serviceable areas. Click here to check their coverage areas.
