Q. There is a missing item from my order

We are sorry to hear that. We request you to kindly double check your order in the packing list provided and the items listed in your UNIQLO Account Order History.
 
To check your Order History, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your UNIQLO app
2. Click on [MEMBERSHIP]
3. Select [ORDER HISTORY]

If the packing list and your Order History do not match, kindly contact our Customer Support Team

Please provide us with the following: 
1. Did you receive the package in good condition? 
2. Are all the documents complete (original receipt, packing list & return form)? 
3. Kindly provide a picture of the package and the items received
