Q. Refund for COD payments
HOLIDAY ADVISORY: Exchange and Refund period has been extended. Store/Online Purchases made from November 20 to December 31, 2023 can be exchanged or refunded until January 31, 2024. Existing guidelines under our Returns Policy will still be followed.
For orders paid via COD or cash-on- delivery, we can process the refund to your bank account, e-wallet account or through cash remittance center pick up.

Kindly note that there are different steps for refund to a BDO account and to non-BDO, e-wallet and cash remittance center pick up.
Enter your valid order number and email address.
For refund to a BDO account, proceed as normal. For refund to other banks, e-wallet or cash remittance center pick up, click on the link to “DON’T HAVE A BDO ACCOUNT?”
- Time frame for processing the refund is up to 30 business days and will still depend on your issuing bank. To avoid delays in processing your refund request, please make sure to provide complete and accurate information. Kindly double check all details before submitting the form.
- There may be corresponding processing fee, depending on the bank, e-wallet or cash remittance center chosen. The fees are indicated on the Google Form for non-BDO account.
