Q. How can I process Return & Refund?

How To Process Return of Items?

Return & Refund means you want to return the items to us and get a refund for the amount you paid. The return process would depend on your payment method. 

We accept returns purchased in UNIQLO Philippines physical and online stores as long as it meets the requirements of our Returns Policy.

  • ➜ Orders paid Online via Credit or Debit card

    If you wish to return your item/s from your online purchase that was paid using Credit / Debit card, you may proceed to send it back to our warehouse within 30 days from its shipment date. You may use your own preferred courier (Same Day Couriers / Traditional Couriers) to ship back your item/s at your expense. Please ensure to have all of the documents from your online purchase (Official Receipt, Return Form and Packing List) and the item/s must meet our Returns Policy as well.

    STEP 1 – Review return checklist

    ✔️ Within 30 days from ship out date
    ✔️ Official receipt is available
    ✔️ Item is in new and original condition with the original price tag attached
    ✔️ Item has not been worn, altered or washed.
    ❗ Items that cannot be exchanged/refunded: socks, inner wear, camisole, baby products, AIRism accessories (e.g. mask, sheet and pillowcase, etc.) and any packaged items except if it is a damaged, defective or faulty item. 
    - Some accessories such as bags, belts, scarf, stole, sunglasses, hats, shoes (except room shoes) and other accessories that are not packaged may be returned or exchanged. Any signs of use, stains, and scratches on the product shall be grounds to refuse the return or exchange of the product.

     

    STEP 2 – Fill out return slip
    Together with your shipment are the official receipt and the 2-page document containing your order details and returns form. Kindly fill out the Returns Form by selecting the item you wish to return, reason for return and others.

    STEP 3 – Pack and return items to warehouse

    Prepare and pack the items and all the documents for return using the same shipment packaging or any pouch/bag/box that fits your items. You may select any courier to send this back to us and you will need to shoulder the ship back fee. Refer to the return slip for the complete warehouse address.

    Note: Please send your package between 8 AM to 5 PM, from Mondays to Saturdays only (except Holidays).

    STEP 4 – Return confirmation
    Once we accepted your returned items at the warehouse, you will receive an automated email notification that we have started the refund process within 1 to 2 business days. We may contact you for questions or additional information before processing your refund, if needed.

    STEP 5 – Refund
    Amount to be refunded will be reflected in the same card you have used when you purchased from us. You will receive a refund confirmation email once we have successfully processed the refund on our end. Refund processing may take up to 30 banking days and its reflection to your account will depend on your issuing bank’s refund time frame.



    Frequently Asked Questions

    ■ Can I return just some items from my order, and not the whole order?
    You are welcome to return just some items from your order and don't have to return the whole order. You can indicate on the returns form (in the parcel) which items you are returning, the quantities and return reason code for these.  


    ■ Will I be notified if your warehouse has received my returned item/s?
    Yes, our team will be providing you an automated email confirming the arrival of your Returned Parcel in warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from receipt. Kindly monitor your email as the notification may be redirected by your email provider in Junk/Spam folder.


    I still have not received my refund within the prescribed period. How to follow up?
    If you have received the automated email confirming that your refund has been finalized already from our end, we would recommend you to communicate directly to your issuing bank regarding the reflection time of the refund. You may present the automated email you have received from us as proof that UNIQLO has processed the refund for your order.


    How can I receive my refund? 
    Refunds will be applied to the original payment method you have used. You will be notified via Automated Email once the refund has been successfully applied in your order and you may expect it to be reflected in your account within the reversal timeframe set by your issuing bank.

  • Online Orders paid at The Store (Pay In Store)

    Online orders that were paid using Pay In Store method can be accepted for Return in the store wherein you transacted your payment. Please ensure to have all of the documents from your online purchase (Official Receipt, Return Form and Packing List) and the item/s must meet our Returns Policy as well.

    Prepare and pack the items and all the documents and return these to the store where you paid for the online order.

    STEP 4 – Proceed to cashier
    Our cash wrap managers or any store staff will be available to assist you. You have an option to exchange the items too. Feel free to look for any item replacement in the store.

    STEP 5 – Refund
    The store may offer to give you a credit memo which you can use for future store purchase. If you still wish to proceed with the refund, we will refund you through the same mode of payment used.   
    If you used a credit/debit card, you will be asked to fill out a Card Problem Report (CPR) so we can get your bank details and other information. Refund processing may take up to 30 banking days and its reflection to your account will depend on your issuing bank’s refund time frame.

  • ➜ Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) 

    Online orders that were paid using Cash on Delivery method can only be accepted for Return in our warehouse.

    Kindly ensure to fill up the COD Return Portal prior to the shipment of your item/s back to our warehouse. This is necessary to get your preferred refund information. If you have not accomplished this, you will not receive your refund for your order. 


    Please send also all of the documents from your online purchase (Official Receipt, Return Form and Packing List) and the item/s must meet our Returns Policy as well.

    STEP 4 – Pack and return to warehouse
    Prepare and pack the items and all the documents for return using the same shipment packaging or any pouch/bag that fits your items.     ■ Is there a processing fee for Cash on Delivery refund?
    There may be corresponding processing fee, depending on the bank, e-wallet or cash remittance center chosen. The fees are indicated on the Google Form for non-BDO account.


    ■ I haven't received my refund yet? 
    It can take between 15-30 business days for refunds to appear in your account depending on which bank you're with. Once you have received the automated email from us confirming that we have successfully processed your refund and forwarded the request to your issuing bank for their reflection on your account.


    ■ Will I be notified if your warehouse has received my returned item/s?
    Yes, our team will be providing you an automated email confirming the arrival of your Returned Parcel in warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from receipt. Kindly monitor your email as the notification may be redirected by your email provider in Junk/Spam folder.
  • ➜ Physical Store Purchase

    Item/s can only be returned for a refund at the original store of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund can only be applied to the original mode of payment of the transaction. It is also subject to bank processing within 30 banking days.

    Please ensure to bring your receipt and the item must meet our Returns Policy as well.

    You must return to the store where the purchase and payment was made. Kindly bring all the documents. For item exchange, you may visit any UNIQLO stores in the Philippines.
