Q. How can I delete my Uniqlo account?

We are sorry to hear that you want to delete your UNIQLO account. 

As a reminder, once you have registered an account using your e-mail address, you cannot resuse the same e-mail in order to create a new UNIQLO account. In addition, you will lose your purchase history and order history, you will also forfeit coupons and other App benefits once your account has been deleted.

If you still wish to delete your account, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Go to your account by clicking on [MEMBERSHIP]

4. Select "I AGREE TO WITHDRAW MY APP MEMBERSHIP" then click on [WITHDRAWAL] to complete the process
