Q. How can I proceed with Return & Exchange?


Return & Exchange means you want to return the items to us and exchange or replace with another item (different color, size, etc.). If you wish to return and get a refund, you may refer to our Return & Refund Procedure and click here

Online Purchase
Items purchased online can only be exchanged in our physical stores, provided that the items meet our Return Policy. You may visit any of our branches nationwide to exchange your item (subject to item availability). There is no online processing for exchange. 

Store Purchase
For items purchased in our physical stores, you may visit any of our stores to process the exchange. Kindly refer to the complete Returns Policy for further guidance.
