Q. How can I process Exchange?

How To Process Exchange of Items?

Exchange means you want to return the item to us and have it exchanged with a different color, size or change to another item. We accept exchange of item/s purchased in UNIQLO Philippines physical and online stores as long as it meets the requirements of our Returns Policy

  • Store Purchase

    For Exchange: Any of our physical stores nationwide can accept your item for exchange. Please ensure that the items MUST meet our Returns Policy
    You may use the Store Locator to know the nearest stores in your area and have their contact number in case you wish to confirm the availability of your desired item.
    Please bring your item/s for exchange and its receipt. Our friendly staff members will happily assist you in any of our stores to accommodate your item exchange request.

    You may exchange to a different size or color or you may change to a completely different item (same price or higher price). If higher priced item, you may just add for the difference. 
    ■ Physical store purchases CANNOT be exchanged for online store items.

    ■  Can I exchange my item that was bought in a certain UNIQLO store to another branch?
    Yes, you may exchange your item/s bought in a different branch to any other UNIQLO Philippines physical stores. Please check first the Returns Policy and bring also the Official / Gift Receipt. Our store staff members will be glad to assist you on your exchange request upon visiting the store.

    ■ I no longer have my receipt, can I still exchange?
    Based on our
    Returns Policy, we strictly require your original / gift receipt to be presented when requesting an exchange or refund as this is your only valid proof of purchase and it is needed for the documentation of the request in our system. We would recommend you to visit the store wherein you purchased your item/s from as they use your Purchase History in App or any references to check your transaction on their end. Kindly use the Store Locator to call them prior to your visit.

    ■ I have the receipt but the tag of the item/s are no longer available, is this still eligible for exchange?
    As much as we would want to accommodate your exchange request, items that do not have the tags anymore cannot be exchanged due to the implementation of our Returns Policy. We are hoping for your kind understanding.
  • Online Purchase

    For Exchange: If you wish to have an exchange of item/s for your online purchase, this can be done in our UNIQLO Philippines physical stores within 30 days from the shipment date of your order. Please ensure to have all of the documents from your online purchase (Official / Gift Receipt, Return Form and Packing List) and the item/s must meet our Returns Policy as well. 

    ■ Please note that item or stock availability (including special sizes) may vary per store. You may only exchange to items that are available at the branch.
    ■ If you have a special sized (XS, 2XL, 3XL) item that you wish to exchange, we would recommend to have it returned back to our warehouse for refund and kindly repurchase again using Click & Collect (Store Pick-Up) as your delivery method as this does not have delivery fee. If you prefer for Home Delivery, it is subject for free delivery only if you have exceeded 2,500 PHP minimum amount.
    ■ You may exchange to a different size or color or you may change to a completely different item (same price or higher price). If higher priced item, you may just add for the difference. 
    ■ We do not offer exchanges through our online returns process and items sent back to our online warehouse will be processed for a refund. If you require a new size or color, you can simply place a new order online.


    Frequently Asked Questions

    Lost my receipt from my online purchase. Can I use my Order History to be presented in the store for exchange?
    We regret to inform you that you cannot use your Order History as proof of purchase. Physical stores require the official receipt from your online purchase as they need to scan the barcode for its registration of the item in their Point of Sale system.

    Can I exchange my special sized items in physical stores? 
    Yes, you may still exchange your special sized items in physical stores to any available item at your preferred branch. Kindly note that special sizes are only available in our online store.
