For delivery to nominated address and selected UNIQLO store via Click & Collect:Below are the estimated time frames from date of purchase:
Metro Manila: 1-3 working days
Luzon: 5-8 working days
Visayas: 8-10 working days
Mindanao: 10-12 working days
For home delivery, our courier only delivers Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.
We can only provide estimates and more detailed information may be viewed on your order status once the items have been shipped. We will allocate additional days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities.
How to check your delivery status for Home delivery:Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation e-mail or by logging in to your UNIQLO account.
Kindly allow 24-48 hours after you have received the delivery confirmation e-mail to reflect the status of your order.
You may visit
Ninjavan and enter the tracking number indicated on your confirmation e-mail.
For customers who have been contacted by UNIQLO Customer Support, you may visit
AIR21 and enter your tracking number in the track eDFS search box to see the status of your order delivery.
How to check your delivery for Click & Collect:You will receive an email when your order is on the way to the store, and when it is ready for pick up. Keep in mind that selecting Click and Collect does not mean your order will be available at your selected store the same day as your order date.
