Q. Delivery Coverage for Online Orders and How Items Will Be Delivered




For online orders, we have 2 delivery methods available:
- Delivery to customer's nominated address
- Delivery to any UNIQLO Philippines store (Click & Collect)


1. Delivery to nominated address
Our main delivery partner for home delivery is Ninjavan.

NEXT DAY HOME DELIVERY FOR NCR
UNIQLO now offers Next Day Home Delivery for Metro Manila areas only. Order before 12pm and get your package the next day (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & weekends and orders with alteration).

Standard estimated delivery time frame for other regions (in working days) - Luzon (except NCR): 3 - 8 days, Visayas: 8 - 10 days, Mindanao: 10 - 12 days.


How to track Home Delivery Orders
1. Open UNIQLO App.
2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".
3. Look for the "Detailed Status" and copy the tracking number indicated.
4. Go to Ninjavan Tracking Site and paste the tracking number, then click "Track Parcel".


2. Click & Collect
You may also choose the Click & Collect option and pick up the items at a store near you. Please note that the items will be coming from our warehouse and will take a few days to be delivered.

To track your Click & Collect delivery, you will receive an email when it is shipped out and another email when it is available for claiming at the store. 

You would just need to present the Click & Collect order email confirmation or the Order History on your app when picking-up your order.

SAME DAY CLICK & COLLECT FOR BLUE BAY WALK AND ALABANG WESTGATE ONLY
UNIQLO now offers Same Day Click & Collect for Blue Bay Walk and Alabang Westgate branches only. Order before 12PM and get your package starting 7PM onwards (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & Sundays and orders with alteration).


How to track Click & Collect Orders
1. Open UNIQLO App.
2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".
3. Look for the "Detailed Status" for the actual progress of the order.
