Q. Delivery Coverage for Online Orders and How Items Will Be Delivered

For online orders, we have 2 delivery methods available:
- Delivery to customer's nominated address
- Delivery to any UNIQLO Philippines store (Click & Collect)

1. Delivery to nominated address

Our main delivery partner for home delivery is Ninjavan. We also have AIR21 to support with the deliveries. 

For home delivery, kindly check Ninja Van's website for the complete delivery coverage here

If your delivery address is not covered by Ninja Van, we may attempt to deliver it via AIR21 only if you paid online or via pay-in-store.To receive the package, you must present a valid ID.


2. Click & Collect
You may also choose the Click & Collect option and pick up the items at a store near you. Please note that the items will be coming from our warehouse and will take a few days to be delivered.

To track your Click & Collect delivery, you will receive an email when it is shipped out and another email when it is available for claiming at the store. 

You would just need to present the Click & Collect order email confirmation or the Order History on your app when picking-up your order.
