Q. How will my items be delivered if I paid using pay in store?
UNIQLO online orders that were paid via Pay-In-Store can be delivered to the customer's nominated address or any UNIQLO Philippines store (Click & Collect).
Delivery to nominated address: For home delivery, kindly check Ninja Van's website for the complete delivery coverage.
Click & Collect: You may also have the order delivered to a store near you. Please note that the items will be coming from our warehouse and it will still take a few days for it to be delivered to the store.

NEXT DAY HOME DELIVERY FOR NCR
UNIQLO now offers Next Day Home Delivery for Metro Manila areas only. Order before 12pm and get your package the next day (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & weekends and orders with alteration).
Standard estimated delivery time frame for other regions (in working days) - Luzon: 3 - 8 days, Visayas: 8 - 10 days, Mindanao: 10 - 12 days.
SAME DAY CLICK & COLLECT FOR BBW AND ALABANG
UNIQLO now offers Same Day Click & Collect for Blue Bay Walk and Alabang Westgate branches only. Order before 12PM and get your package starting 7PM onwards (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & Sundays and orders with alteration).
