2. Click here to register using your UNIQLO App Membership ID.
3. Thirty (30) registered and confirmed UNIQLO App Members will be selected to participate in our Exclusive Celebrate Women with LifeWear Event through a raffle draw.
4. The selected UNIQLO App Members will be notified via email, and will be required to undergo verification.
5. Upon successful verification, the qualified participants invitation to our exclusive Celebrate Women with LifeWear event shall be confirmed. The confirmation will be sent via email to confirm your slot.
6. Registration period will run from March 18 to 22, 2023, and shall be done by accomplishing the form in the registration link.
7. Confirmed participants shall be required to present their email confirmation with their valid ID on the event day, March 29, 2023, at the UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store Press Room, 2/F Glorietta
