Our partner courier have informed that there will be possible delivery disruptions due to the effects of inclement weather in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao locations.

This may result to additional delivery time for Home and Click & Collect deliveries.

  Suspended Operations:
  •  La Union, Candon, Vigan, Dagupan, Carmen, Urdaneta, Baguio
  •  Cabanatuan, Tarlac, Olongapo
  •  Malolos, Meycauayan, Marilao, San Jose Del Monte, Obando - due to LGU directive (Work suspension)
  
  
  Limited Operations:
  • North Luzon: Laoag - Shipments will be tagged as "Force Majeure"
  • South Luzon: Naga, Legazpi - Shipments will be tagged as "Force Majeure"
  • Visayas: Calbayog, Sogod - Expect delays in shipment tagging / update.
  
  
  Other Areas and Region (Mindanao): Operational already. However, shipments in unpassable areas will be tagged as "Force Majeure". We are hoping for your kind understanding on this.
