2. For every minimum purchase of P3,000 (after discounts and coupon. Not including alteration and shopping bag fees) of any regular price or limited offer priced UNIQLO item at the select participating stores, customers will get one (1) Novelty Undated Planner: Brown or Blue
3. Customers will receive their free item based on availability. Customers cannot request the color.
4. For Store Purchase, customers may claim their free item at the cashier area after payment by showing their eligible receipt.
