WHAT IS THE EVENT ABOUT
● Join UNIQLO’s first-ever community run at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa Laguna for FREE, happening this November 16, 2024! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-time joiner, run together with friends and family for 500M, 1K, 3K, or 5K.

ELIGIBILITY
This registration from is intended solely for the use of:
a. An individual at least 18 years of age who has the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
b. A corporation, branch office, or partnership registered and in good standing with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has a permanent place of business in the Philippines, and is duly represented by its designated account holder duly authorized to contract; or
c. A sole proprietorship duly registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). 

By registering via this form, you represent and warrant that you possess at least one of the foregoing eligibility requirements. You likewise authorize the Company to use all necessary means to verify your identity with any third party providers of information.

HOW TO JOIN
1. Interested participants will be able to register for the run for free by accessing the Google Form link to be shared on social media posts and in-store promotions in UNIQLO Nuvali Roadside Stores, rest of roadside stores, and nearby stores in the area.
2. Interested participants will sign up and answer the necessary questions.
    a. Participants aged 18 years old and above can participate in any distance.
    b. Participants aged 17-13 years old (minors) can participate in any distance provided the parent/guardian will submit registration and consent form on behalf of the minor participant. A physical copy of the consent form must be given to staff on the day of the event. 
         i. The parent/guardian of the participating minor may print a copy of the consent form or fill up a physical copy to be provided by event staff.
    c. Participants aged 12 years old and below (children) can participate in any distance provided the parent/guardian will submit registration and consent form on behalf of the minor participant and they are accompanied by the parent/guardian on the day of the event. A physical copy of the consent form must be given to staff on the day of the event. 
         i. The parent/guardian of the participating child may print a copy of the consent form or fill up a physical copy to be provided by event staff.
    d. Parents and kids will need to fill up separate forms as each form counts as one (1) entry. Registration is non-transferable.
3. Interested participants will receive a confirmation email from UNIQLO Customer Center as acknowledgement and confirmation of eligibility to participate.
    a. There is a maximum limit of 500 participants including kids. Once the limit goes above 500 people, the Google Form will be closed to ensure capacity and availability of stocks for all participants.
    b. The confirmation email will contain information about the race and necessary pre-event reminders (e.g. where to pick up a race kit, what to bring).
    c. There is a limitation to the DRY-EX items to be given away as part of the race kit. Please refer to the confirmation email if you will be given a DRY-EX item as your official race singlet/shirt. First 300 adult participants and 100 Kid participants shall receive the DRY-EX items.  Allocation of DRY-EX items are on a first-come first-served basis.  
4. Confirmed participants will have their race kits on the day of the run. Please proceed to the registration booth starting at 4:00am to redeem your race kit by showing your confirmation email from UNIQLO Customer Center.

RACE MECHANICS
1. Race route will be located along East Bloc. Refer to the map below for a visualization of the routes for each distance.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
1. For everyone’s safety, please remain aware of your surroundings and be courteous to other participants.
2. Keep an eye on your personal items. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Lost items will be surrendered to the event organizers.
3. Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins along the route.
4. To ensure a smooth experience, please refrain from bringing strollers or pets on the course.
5. Treat fellow participants, volunteers, and staff with respect and kindness.
6. Any form of harassment or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
7. For the safety and security of all participants, the following items are strictly prohibited:
    a. Weapons, including firearms, knives, mace, etc.
    b. Any potentially dangerous items such as hammers, saws, sharp objects, etc.
    c. Flammable liquids, fuels, fireworks, toxic chemicals, and explosives
    d. Large packages, coolers, tents, etc.
    e. Sleeping bags, large blankets, or comforters
    f. Alcoholic beverages and illegal substances
    g. Unmanned aerial devices, drones, survey balloons, photography mini-copters, and any flying device with an on/off switch.
    h. Opaque trash bags and any non-transparent plastic bags (Clear trash bags are allowed)
    i. Containers of liquid larger than one liter
    j. Strollers
    k. Suitcases and rolling bags
    l. Costumes covering the face and bulky outfits extending beyond the body's perimeter
    m. Selfie-sticks and any camera mount or rig not directly attached to the head or torso

HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
1. Weather Contingency
    a. In case of extreme weather, FRPH reserves the right to delay or cancel the event. Stay tuned to our social media channels for updates.
2. Hydration
    a. Water stations will be available along the route and in the event grounds. Please stay hydrated.
3. Medical Assistance: 
    a. First aid personnel will be on-site. If you feel unwell or need assistance, alert a volunteer or marshal immediately.
4. Safety
Participants must follow the instructions of all event officials (staff and volunteers). Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. reserves the right to change the details of the event, including delaying, canceling, or suspending the race due to inclement weather or other potential safety risks. Participants must retire at once from the event if ordered to do so by event officials, medical staff, or any governmental authority including firefighters and police officers.
5. Sportsmanship
Any participant who conducts him/herself in an unsportsmanlike manner or is offensive in action or language to other Fast Retailing Philippines Inc representatives, participants, spectators, volunteers may be disqualified and removed from the event.

EVENT MEDIA CONSENT
By agreeing to participate in this run, you agree to be photographed and/or recorded on video. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let us know.

CONSENT FORM COLLECTION
You understand and agree to provide event staff a consent form on the day of the event which states that you are allowing a minor or child in my care to participate in the UNIQLO Community Run.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS
You understand that participating in the UNIQLO Community Run involves risks, including the possibility of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, and all individuals associated with the event from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation.

MEDICAL WAIVER  
You certify that you (or your child is) physically fit to participate and give permission for emergency medical treatment if necessary.
