Q. Online Payment Methods
To order online, we have three (3) payment methods available.
1. Online Payment via Credit / Debit card
• For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX.
• For debit cards, Visa and Mastercard only.
➜ Newly registered cards may be charged an authorization amount of PHP 60.00. This transaction is just a temporary hold in your card and will be reversed or canceled right away.
➜ If you have not received the reversal, we highly recommend you to reach out to your issuing bank.
2. Pay In Store
• Payment should be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
• If payment is not made within that time, your order will automatically be cancelled.
• Pay In Store is available from store opening until 2 hours before store closing. You may refer to our Store Locator to know more about our Store Operating Hours.
We accept the following modes of payment for Pay In Store:
1. Cash
2. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB)
3. Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
4. E-wallet payments (Alipay, GCash, GrabPay, WeChat Pay)

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is only available for home delivery and is not valid for Click & Collect (store pick up).
• COD is available for orders 20,000 PHP and below only.
