Q. How do I change or amend my delivery address?
If you wish to change your delivery address for your next purchase, kindly follow these steps:
1. Click the [Membership] button on the Main Page of your App / Website
2. Select [Address Book]
3. If you have previously added another address in your account, kindly select it and click the [Set as Default] button.
4. If you have not logged any alternative addresses, you may register a new address by clicking the [Register A New Address] button:
For customers who have already placed an order and wishes to correct or amend their delivery address:
We cannot change the shipping address details once the order has been placed. If you noticed an error with your shipping details (ex. incomplete address, incorrect mobile number, etc.), you may cancel your order (if the cancel button is still available) and re-order with the updated delivery details.
To cancel your order:
1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP]
2. Go to [ORDER HISTORY]
3. Click on [CANCEL]
