Q. Returns Policy

UNIQLO Philippines Returns Policy 

 
1. Original receipt of purchase is needed for product exchange/refund within 30 days after purchase date provided that the product is purchased from any of the UNIQLO Philippines physical stores. For items purchased through the official UNIQLO online store, the packing list and return form are required to be presented within 30 days after receipt of shipment confirmation email. 

2. Products purchased with a coupon may be exchanged/refunded. The amount to be refunded will be the total amount of the transaction for refund less the coupon price. The coupon is only for one time use and will be forfeited once redeemed. Coupon will be revived only if the item to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty. 

3. Refund can only be processed in the same store where the item/s were bought, including online orders settled using Pay In Store method. 

► Refund for products purchased in the official UNIQLO online store  which are paid through the Philippine Uniqlo App or website, will be processed through our Online Store warehouse. Please see here for the Online Order Return Process.  

► Customers will be refunded based on their original mode of payment except for Cash On Delivery (COD) payments for online orders. COD payment refund will be processed online and will be refunded through bank transfer, e-wallet transfer or cash remittance center pick up. Please see here for the COD online refund process.  

► Products paid via Gift Card cannot be refunded. However it may be exchanged to any other item available in the physical store. 

4. Product exchange can be processed in any of our UNIQLO Philippines physical stores except for special sizes or products exclusive to the UNIQLO online store. For exchange of items purchased in the official UNIQLO online store, please bring the product/s along with the packing list, items with price tag and return form to any UNIQLO Philippines physical store. There is no online processing for product exchange.  

 ► However, if the requested size or product to be exchanged is not available in the Physical store (i.e. Special sizes, online exclusive products), exchange will not be allowed but this can be refunded using the Online Order Return Process. Only if an alternative product or requested size is available in a physical store will the exchange be allowed. 

►  Customer may exchange the same product for a different size or color or to a completely different product of equal or greater value. If the product exchanged has a higher price, customer may just add for the difference. 

5. Products which are discounted at the time of purchase may be exchanged/refunded based on the net amount of the purchased item appearing on the receipt.  

6. Products purchased through bulk order are not eligible for Return and Exchange. 

7. Products must be new and in their original condition and with the attached labels and price tags to be eligible under this Return Policy. However, if products are found to be defective and/or there is a manufacturing fault this will still be eligible for refund/ exchange as an exemption to the Uniqlo Returns Policy.  

8. The following items cannot be exchanged/refunded for hygienic purposes: Socks, inner wear, camisole, baby products, AIRism accessories (e.g. mask, sheet and pillowcase, etc.) and any packaged items or accessories (e.g. books, toys, plates, etc.) except if it is damaged, defective or faulty item. Some accessories such as bags, belts, scarves, stoles, sunglasses, hats, shoes (except room shoes) and other accessories that are not packaged may be returned or exchanged. Any signs of use, stains, and scratches on the product shall be grounds to refuse the return or exchange of the product. 

9. Products that have been sent to alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.  

10. Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers and/or delete or freeze customer accounts at any time due to:  

► An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing tags;  

► Purchases made for resale purposes;  

► Creation of multiple account IDs by one user;  

► Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.   

► Membership application may not be approved if the applicant's previous membership was canceled.  

 11. Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. reserves the right for final decision.  

► Refund & Exchange conditions may be subjected to Local Government Unit (LGU) restrictions in relation to health and safety protocols.
