Join the UTme! Workshop with The Mind Museum at the UNIQLO BGC High Street Store on July 25, 2026, for an engaging hands-on experience designed for kids. Through guided creative activities, participants will transform their scientific observations and ideas into visual expression, fostering creativity, curiosity, and self-expression in a fun and memorable learning experience.

Eligibility

•    Interested participants aged 4 to 12 years old can participate provided the parent/guardian will sign and submit the consent and waiver form on behalf of the minor participant. Minor participants shall be accompanied by at least one (1) parent/guardian on the day of the event. The printed form must be given to the staff on the day of the event.  
•    Parents or guardians of the participants must have a registered UNIQLO App membership to qualify. One (1) UNIQLO App membership is valid for one (1) participant only.
•    By registering via this form (CLICK LINK HERE) you represent and warrant that you possess the foregoing eligibility requirements. You likewise authorize the Company to use all necessary means to verify your identity with any third-party providers of information.

How to Join

1.    Interested participants may register from July 17, 2026 to July 21, 2026, 11:59PM through the accomplishment of the registration form. Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. will choose from the participants who have complete and accurate registration based on the time of registration.
2.    This workshop is open to 1 kid (ages 4-12 years old) per registered parent or legal guardian. One (1) UNIQLO App account is valid for 1 kid only. 
3.    Each participant must complete their respective details in their UNIQLO PH app account after registration.
4.    The first 20 interested participants to register from July 17, 2026 to July 21, 2026 will receive a confirmation email on July 21-22, 2026 from the UNIQLO Customer Center as acknowledgment and confirmation of eligibility to participate.
5.    Once participants confirm their participation in writing via replying through the email from UNIQLO’s Customer Center team on or before July 23, 2026 (2:00 PM), they are now eligible to participate in the UTme! Workshop with The Mind Museum at the UNIQLO BGC High Street Store on July 25, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Confirmed participants can proceed to the UTme! area in 4F of UNIQLO BGC High Street Store, to participate in the workshop. 
6.     Eligibility for The Mind Museum all-day pass is non-transferable and remains valid only for the participant registered under the UTme! Purchase.

Notes

WORKSHOP MECHANICS

1.    Participants will create artworks inspired by the educational concepts presented by The Mind Museum
2.    Art materials will be provided during the workshop.
3.    Upon printing the artwork on a UTme! Product, the participant will be given an all-day access pass to The Mind Museum along with a 15% discount for their one (1) companion.

THE MIND MUSEUM GROUP VISIT

1.    Museum Visit & Admission Benefits

Upon printing their artwork on a UTme! Product, the participant will receive a FREE all-day access pass to The Mind Museum and a 15% admission discount for one (1) companion. As all eligible participants are minors aged 4–12 years old, the accompanying parent or legal guardian is required to join the participant during the museum visit and supervise the participant at all times.

The group visit to The Mind Museum will commence immediately after the workshop. Participants and their accompanying parent/guardian may proceed to The Mind Museum through either of the following options:

          A.    Group Walk to The Mind Museum
          A designated staff member will serve as the official group leader and will guide participants and their accompanying parent/guardian on foot from UNIQLO BGC High Street Store to The Mind Museum (approximately a 10 minute walk and less than 1 kilometer from the store).
          B.    Travel by Private Vehicle
          Participants and their accompanying parent/guardian may opt to travel to The Mind Museum via private vehicle, provided they coordinate closely with the designated staff member to ensure safe and timely arrival at the venue (approximately a 3–5 minute drive and less than 1 kilometer from the store, subject to traffic conditions).

All minor participants must always remain under the supervision of their accompanying parent/guardian during the transfer and museum visit. The guided museum visit will begin shortly after the workshop concludes to allow all participants to arrive and assemble at The Mind Museum.

UTME! PRODUCT PURCHASE

1.    Participants who want to avail of the free and discounted passes from The Mind Museum, are required to have their artworks printed on UTme! Items.
1.1 Printing is not free and requires purchase of eligible items: 
       i.    Adult Shirt – Php 990
       ii.   Kids Shirt – Php 590
       iii.  Tote Bag – Php 990
       iv.  Mini Tote Bag – Php 790
1.2 All purchases are subject to standard UTme! and store policies.

ARTIST AND OUTPUT

•    The workshop will be led by a facilitator from The Mind Museum.
•    Output quality and final artwork interpretation may vary as this is a guided art activity. Participants can receive the artwork as softcopy upon request.
•    Participants must wear their UTme! Shirts, or bring their Tote Bags at all times during the workshop, as these serve as official identification for workshop participation and access to The Mind Museum

EVENT MEDIA CONSENT

•    By agreeing to participate in this event, you agree to be photographed and/or recorded on video. For the minor, the parent or guardian agrees to be photographed and/or recorded on video. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let us know.

Participants or Parents or Guardians of the participant shall allow the image of the Participant to be used in published materials and websites that promote Fast Retailing Philippines Inc., its products, and/or any programs or services conducted by Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. without any compensation. Participants or Parents or Guardians of the participant grants and conveys to Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographs, images, video recordings in connection with the  participants joining in this event, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recording.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

•    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. be liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the form, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by the user on any information obtained from form, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance.

Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc., shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of registering through the form, except where such loss or damage arises from our breach of these Terms & Conditions or was caused by gross negligence, willful default or fraud by the Company or employees. Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. shall also not be responsible for any breach of these Terms & Conditions arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

LIABILITY FOR BREACH

You shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc., and its users as a result of:
1.    Your breach of these Terms & Conditions;
2.    Your fraudulent use of the form;
3.    Your provision of inaccurate, false, or fraudulent data.

CONSENT FORM COLLECTION

•    You understand and agree to provide event staff with a consent form on the day of the event which states that you are allowing a minor or child in your care to participate in the UNIQLO Kids Workshop.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

•    Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. shall not be liable for any damages due to the cancellation of the event.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

•    In consideration of being permitted to participate, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, and all individuals associated with the event from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

•    Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. may change these Terms & Conditions (“Updated Terms”) from time to time. Unless the changes in the Terms & Conditions are for legal or administrative reasons, Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. will provide reasonable advance notice before the Updated Terms become effective by posting the Updated Terms on the form and in the social media pages of Fast Retailing Philippines Inc.

Non withdrawal of your registration after the effective date of the Updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms. You should review these Terms & Conditions and any Updated Terms before continuing with your registration.

GOVERNING LAW

•    This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. 

MISCELLANEOUS

a. In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision shall be modified to allow it to be fully enforced in line with the intention of the original text permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected. 
b. You agree that all documents or notices that we wish to send you or are entitled to send you electronically may be delivered to your email address which was provided upon registration. 
c. Subject to applicable law, all disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of the agreement between us for any reason. 
d. No single or partial exercise, or failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy by us shall constitute a waiver by us of, or impair or preclude any further exercise of, that or any right, power or remedy arising under these terms and conditions or otherwise. 
e. Unless expressly agreed in writing otherwise, these Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Site and supersede any and all representations, communications and prior agreements (written or oral) made by you or us. 
f. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, you and Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City.

Is this a free event?
• Yes, this is a free event to the first 20 registered UNIQLO App Members who complete the registration form.

Is the access pass to The Mind Museum free?
• Only participants who avail of the UTme! Products during the workshop are given the all-day access pass for free, parents/guardians will be given 15% off their passes.

How to know if my registration is part of the confirmed participants?
• UNIQLO’s Customer Center team will send an email confirmation through the email registered in the UNIQLO App account. 

Who can participate in this activity?
• Kids aged 4-12 years old are welcome to join, along with one (1) registered parent or legal guardian. One (1) UNIQLO App member account is valid for 1 kid only.
