  Promo Mechanics:
  1. For every single receipt with a minimum spend of P3,500 (after coupon and discounts; not including alteration and shopping bag fees) at any UNIQLO Physical Store nationwide and UNIQLO Philippines Online Store (App/Website), customers will get one (1) FREE UNIQLO Undated Planner.
  2. For Store Purchases, customers need to proceed to the Novelty Booth located at the entrance of the store and present their UNIQLO PH App Membership Barcodes and official receipts.  
  3. For Online Orders, FREE UNIQLO Undated Planner will be delivered together with their order. The promotion is open to Home Delivery and Click & Collect orders.
  4. Promo is valid for purchases made from November 21 to 23, 2025 only.  
  
  
  Terms and Conditions:
  1. Promotion is applicable only to UNIQLO PH App members. 
  2. For Store Purchases, customers must scan their UNIQLO PH App Membership Barcode upon checkout at the cashier from November 21 to 23, 2025 and present a valid receipt at the Novelty Booth to claim the free novelty item. 
  3. If a customer does not have the app, the customer must download the UNIQLO PH App and completely register before proceeding to the cashier for payment and scanning of UNIQLO PH App membership barcode. 
  4. The receipt will only be considered valid if the receipt is not torn or tampered with. If the receipt was already lost, it will be subject for store review.
  5. In any case the receipt presented does not meet the stated conditions, the store has the right to decline to claim the one (1) FREE UNIQLO Undated Planner.
  6. For Online Purchase, novelty item/s will be included inside the shipment. 
  7. FREE items cannot be exchanged and are not convertible to cash. 
  8. The UNIQLO Undated Planner will be given at random. Customers may not choose their preferred color.
