Promotion: UNIQLO Kadayawan 2025 - UNIQLO App Raffle Promotion
Promotion Period: August 15 to 21, 2025
Participating Store: UNIQLO Davao Roadside Store only

Mechanics:
1. Shop in UNIQLO Davao Roadside Store with no minimum spend from August 15, 2025 to August 21, 2025 until store close.
2. Scan your UNIQLO PH App Membership barcode upon purchase.
3. Turn on app notifications for a chance to win a FREE overnight stay voucher for two (2) in Discovery Samal’s Junior Suite, inclusive of breakfast and boat transfers. 
4. Three (3) winners will be announced on August 29, 2025.
5. Redemption of the FREE overnight stay voucher in Discovery Samal’s Junior Suite is subject to the partner’s terms and conditions.
6. The FREE overnight stay shall be forfeited or may no longer be claimed if not redeemed by December 31, 2025.

Terms and Conditions: 
1. Promo is valid for UNIQLO Davao Roadside physical store purchases only. Purchases from other UNIQLO Physical Stores, Online (Home Delivery and Click & Collect) transactions will not be accepted. 
2. Promo is applicable only to UNIQLO PH App Members. Customers must completely register their details in the App and customers must scan their UNIQLO PH App Membership ID upon check out at the cashier to be able to participate in the raffle. 
3. The registered member must be 18 years of age.
4. If a customer does not have the UNIQLO app, the customer must download the Philippine’s UNIQLO App and register completely before proceeding to the cashier for payment and scanning of the UNIQLO App Membership ID.
5. One (1) valid receipt is equivalent to one (1) entry to the raffle promotion. Customers can have multiple entries if they have made multiple eligible purchases. However, customers can only win once regardless of number of entries.
6. The prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the UNIQLO App member who made the original purchase.
7. Voucher will be claimed at UNIQLO Davao Roadside store. Customer must wait for an e-mail prompt if they have won the raffle as to when to pick-up the voucher from the store. 


Discovery Samal - Terms and Conditions:

1. Each voucher is valid for two (2) pax at Discovery Samal’s Junior Suite only.
     • Maximum occupancy is two (2) adults and two (2) children (0 to 11 years old) or 3 adults (with applicable extra person charge).
     • Extra person charge is P3,800 net per adult per night, to be covered by the winner.
     • Accompanying children (8 to 11 years old) charge is P1,900 net per child per night, to be covered by the winner.
2. The FREE voucher will be an overnight stay. Check-in time will be at 3:00 PM and check-out will be at 12:00 PM the following day.
3. The original voucher must be surrendered upon use and shall be subject to validation.
4. Voucher is non-transferable and not for sale. Resold vouchers will be considered null and void.
5. Screenshots, Photos, Photocopies, damaged, and/or altered vouchers shall not be accepted. 
6. Voucher is not replaceable in case of loss or damage. 
7. Voucher is non-refundable and not convertible to cash or other gift certificates.
8. In case of a no-show or late cancellation prior 6 pm (local time) before the arrival date, the voucher will be redeemed in full and will not be valid for reuse.
9.  Voucher is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, privileges, or promotions.
10. Any amount exceeding the voucher value can be settled in cash or credit card.
11. The winners can claim and book the free hotel stay on weekdays, weekends, and non-holidays only until December 31, 2025 and may not be extended. Blackout dates will apply.
12. Use of the voucher is subject to availability and prior to reservations. Coordination with the Reservations Team (reservations@discoverysamal.com) to check availability is highly encouraged.
13. Discovery Samal shall inform any additional blackout periods when this voucher may be suspended.

  4. Customer must show the confirmation Email/App Push that they have won the assigned prize from the raffle promotion in UNIQLO Davao Roadside store to claim the voucher.

  You can verify if your purchase was successfully recorded by checking your UNIQLO App:
  1. Open your UNIQLO App.
  2. Go to Membership > Membership Data > Purchase History.
  3. If your transaction appears here, it means your App ID was successfully scanned and your transaction is already recorded as part of the promotion.

  
  

  Please note that the reflection of the purchase in Purchase History will be done 24 hours after the listed transaction date and time from your receipt.
