Join the UTme! Art Workshop with Kublai Millan at the UNIQLO SM Lanang Premier on August 8, 2026, for an engaging and one-of-a-kind experience with renowned artist, Kublai Millan. Through guided creative activities, participants will transform their art and ideas into visual expression, fostering creativity, curiosity, and self-expression in a fun and memorable learning experience.
Workshop Participation
1. Participation in the workshop is free of charge.
2. The workshop is open to all customers on a first come, first served basis.
3. Slots are limited and subject to venue capacity. A maximum of 25 participants is allowed in the venue at a time.
4. Registration shall be conducted on-site only (unless otherwise announced by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc.) on a first come, first served basis. Participants will be required to sign and submit the consent and waiver form. For Minor participants or those below 18 years old, their parent/guardian shall sign and submit the consent and waiver form on behalf of the participant.
5. Minor participants shall be accompanied by only one (1) parent/guardian during the workshop.
Participant Conduct
a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, facilitators, artists, and store staff.
b. UNIQLO reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation of any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
UTme! Printing
1. Participants will be provided art materials to create their own artwork during the workshop.
2. If participant wants to have their artwork printed on a UTme! Item, participant must first have his/her artwork cleared by a Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. staff member assigned to the UTme! Area to ensure it it is compliant to UTme! Design Guidelines.
3. Artworks to be printed on a UTme! Item shall not have unauthorized contents that infringe on third party rights, nor inappropriate or immoral contents.
4. Once participant’s artwork is cleared for printing, participant shall purchase the participating UTme! Item. Applicable UTme! Printing fees and product prices shall apply
Photography & Documentation
• By agreeing to participate in this event, you agree to be photographed and/or recorded on video. For the minor, the parent or guardian agrees to be photographed and/or recorded on video. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let us know.
• Participants or Parents or Guardians of the participant shall allow the image of the Participant to be used in published materials and websites that promote Fast Retailing Philippines Inc., its products, and/or any programs or services conducted by Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. without any compensation.
• Participants or Parents or Guardians of the participant grants and conveys to Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographs, images, video recordings in connection with the participants joining in this event, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recording.
Intellectual Property
• Artwork created by participants remains the property of the participant.
• Participants warrant that any artwork submitted for UTme! printing does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• UNIQLO reserves the right to refuse printing of designs that contain copyrighted materials, offensive content, inappropriate language, or content that violates applicable laws or company policies.
Event Changes
• UNIQLO reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety, operational, or force majeure events. UNIQLO shall not be liable for any damages due to the cancellation of the event.
Changes To Terms and Conditions
• Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. may change these Terms & Conditions (“Updated Terms”) from time to time. Unless the changes in the Terms & Conditions are for legal or administrative reasons, Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. will provide reasonable advance notice before the Updated Terms become effective by posting the Updated Terms on the form and in the social media pages of Fast Retailing Philippines Inc.
Non withdrawal of your registration after the effective date of the Updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms. You should review these Terms & Conditions and any Updated Terms before continuing with your registration.
Governing Law
• This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
Miscellaneous and Acceptance

• In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision shall be modified to allow it to be enforced in line with the intention of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
• Subject to applicable law, all disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of the agreement between us for any reason.
• No single or partial exercise, or failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy by us shall constitute a waiver by us of, or impair or preclude any further exercise of, that or any right, power or remedy arising under these terms and conditions or otherwise.
• Unless expressly agreed in writing otherwise, these Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Site and supersede any and all representations, communications and prior agreements (written or oral) made by you or us.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, you and Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City.

• By registering and participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
