When and where is the event?

● The run will take place at SM By The Bay, Mall of Asia Complex.
● Registration starts at 4:00 AM, gun start is 5:00 AM  — make sure to arrive early for sign-ups, T-shirt changing, warm-ups, and exploring our partner booths.

  What time does registration start?

  ● Registration opens at 4:00 AM on the day of the event. Participants must sign a waiver, claim their DRY-EX T-shirt and race bib, and get ready before the run begins.

  
  Can someone else take my slot?
  ● No. All participants must show valid proof of identity. Transferring your slot to someone else is strictly not allowed.
  
  How do I know if I got a confirmed slot?
  ● We have 600 confirmed participants based on registration sequence and timestamp.
  Note: Even if you and your friends signed up at the same time, we cannot guarantee you all secured a slot as there were other customers who signed up simultaneously as we have received thousands of registrations.
  
  Can I bring a companion to run with me?
  ● Unregistered companions are not allowed to join the run, but they’re welcome to cheer you on from the sidelines.
   

• ➜ Run Day Reminders

  Will there be a bag drop station?
  ● Yes. Bag drop is available and will use the same number as your race bib for easy drop-off and redemption. However, we strongly advise you to bring only essentials and avoid bringing valuables for your own safety.
  
  Are there changing rooms and toilets?
  ● Yes! We’ll have portalets and changing areas on-site. We encourage everyone to change into the DRY-EX T-shirt for comfort during the run, to also be eligible for a special surprise!
  
  Will there be hydration stations?
  ● Yes, hydration stations will be available throughout the route.
  
  Will there be snacks?
  ● Yes, free snacks are available for all registered runners. You may claim your free UNIQLO Coffee pastry after the run at the registration booth.
  
  Is it okay to change pace groups?
  ● Yes, it’s okay! You may freely change pace groups during the run depending on your comfort and ability.

  When and where to claim the Race Kit?
  ● Race Kits will be claimed in the REGISTRATION booth
  
  Race route for each category?
  ● We have 2 routes, 5KM and 3KM.
  
  Will there be a baggage and parking area? If yes, where?
  ● Baggage Area will be right beside the Registration Area. As for the Parking Area, Parking of Runners will be at SM By the Bay - North and South, Block 12 Lanson Parking Open Grounds and Block 20.
  
  Can the participants CHANGE their Singlet/Shirt Size?
  ● No, as sizes were asked already during the registration.
  
  Can the participants UPGRADE their category?
  ● Strictly can’t upgrade as it was asked during the registration.
  
  Can the participants DOWNGRADE their category and refund excess payment?
  ● Strictly can’t downgrade. Refund payment is n/a as this is not a paid running event.
  
  Can the participants REFUND the registration?
  ● Not possible as this is not a paid running event.
  
  Can the participants TRANSFER their registration? If yes, will there be additional fees?
  ● Participants cannot transfer their registration.
  
  Is it allowed to claim the race kit via representative? If yes, what do they need to present?
  ● Race kit should be claimed by the registered person on the day of the running event. It will only be allowed if there is affidavit/authorization letter from the registered participant.
  
  If a participant lost their bib unintentionally (lost, thrown away, damaged etc), are they allowed to get replacement bib? If yes, will there be additional charge and how much?
  ● Participants will be reminded to ensure to take care of their bibs as bibs are 1 is to 1 only.
  
  Will you have the same start and finish line set up?
  ● Yes
  
  Are you going to have split points? If yes, how many?
  ● 3KM

  DISTANCE UPGRADE (3KM vs. 5KM)
  How do I know if I’m eligible for the 5KM run?
  ● Only those who successfully signed up via the distance upgrade form before April 24, 6:00 PM are eligible for the 5KM route. If you missed the deadline, you will automatically be assigned a 3KM race bib.
  
  WAIVER & TERMS
  Do I need to sign a waiver?
  ​​● ​Yes. All participants must sign a waiver during registration.
  
  BONUS ACTIVITIES
  Anything fun aside from the run?
  ● Yes! Drop by our partner booths, and the UNIQLO Sport Utility Wear booth to join a surprise contest for a chance to win exciting prizes and freebies.
   

• ⭐ TERMS & CONDITIONS

  Effective Date: April 11, 2025
  
  1. Introduction
  These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern participation in the free and exclusive UNIQLO Mall of Asia Redefined 1st Anniversary Run with Sport Utility Wear (the "Event") organized by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. By joining the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  
  2. Eligibility
  2.1 The event is exclusively open to individuals aged 18 years old or older.
  2.2 Participants must be residents of the Philippines.
  2.3 Participants must be members of the Uniqlo App.
  2.4 Only the first 200 successful registrants will be invited to attend the Event. An email will be sent to confirm their participation starting April 21, 2025. 
  2.5 Participants can bring one (1) companion during the event but only the registered participant can join the run. 
  
  3. Registration and Participation
  3.1 By registering, the participant confirms his/her attendance to the event which will be held on May 3, 2025.
  3.2 By registering, and signing their name in the Google form, participants confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3.3 The registration process will require participants to provide personal information, including but not limited to, name, age, email address, and emergency contact details. 
  3.4 The first 200 Successful Registrants will receive a confirmation email with Event details starting April 21, 2025.
  
  4. Event Details
  4.1 The Event will take place on May 3, 2025 at SM By The Bay, Mall of Asia Complex, starting at 4:00AM. More details will be shared via email to the first 200 successful registrants.  
  4.2 Confirmed participants and their companions are required to arrive at the time of registration for check-in and briefing. Participants who are late will not be allowed to join the event.
  5. Changing of clothing sizes after registration is not allowed.
  
  5. Participant Responsibilities
  5.1 Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Event.
  5.2 Participants must follow all rules and instructions provided by the Event organizers, guides, and coaches.
  5.3 The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event for any reason including but not limited to if they fail to adhere to safety protocols or behave in a manner that could endanger themselves or others.
  
  6. Health and Safety
  6.1 All participants warrant that they are fit to undertake this activity. Participants must assess their own fitness and health before participating in the Event. If you are unsure about your physical ability to participate, consult with a healthcare professional before attending.
  6.2 Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other health issues that may affect their ability to participate safely during the registration process.
  6.3 The Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit to ride based on their health or safety status.
  
  7. Liability and Waiver
  7.1 By participating in the Event, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with running, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, and property damage.
  7.2 Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizers, their employees, agents, partners, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the activities as a Participant in this event, including claims arising out of negligence. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Organizers, and their employees and authorized representatives from any liability or claim with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation in this event.
  7.3 Participants must sign a waiver of liability, releasing the Organizers, Fast Retailing Philippines Inc, all its employees, agents and authorized representatives, from any claims or lawsuits related to personal injury or property damage that may occur during the Event.
  8. Participant shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. and its users as a result of:
  
  a.    Participant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions;
  b.    Participant’s fraudulent use of the form;
  c.    Participant’s provision of inaccurate, false, or fraudulent data. 
  
  8. Privacy and Data Protection
  8.1 By registering for the Event, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of organizing the Event, communication, and future marketing activities by the Organizers.
  8.2 The Organizers will comply with all applicable data protection laws in handling personal information.
  
  9. Photography and Media
  9.1 By participating in the Event, participants grant the Organizers permission to take photographs, video footage, and other media of the Event and its participants. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and marketing campaigns without further consent or compensation. 
  9.2 Participant allows his or her image to be used in published materials and websites that promote Fast Retailing Philippines Inc., and/or any programs conducted by the Organizers without any compensation. Participant grants and conveys to Organizers all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographs, images, video recordings in connection with my participation in this event, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recording.
  
  10. Cancellation and Changes
  10.1 The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.The Organizers shall not be liable for any damages due to the cancellation of the event.
  
  11. Code of Conduct
  11.1 All participants are expected to act in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow participants, event organizers, and members of the public.
  11.2 Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event. 
  11.3 All participants must comply with the activity rules and instructions provided by the Organizer to ensure safety of the participants.
  
  12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. may change these Terms & Conditions (“Updated Terms”) from time to time. Unless the changes in the Terms & Conditions are for legal or administrative reasons, Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. will provide reasonable advance notice before the Updated Terms become effective by posting the Updated Terms on the form and in the social media pages of Fast Retailing Philippines Inc.
  
  Non withdrawal of your registration after the effective date of the Updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms. You should review these Terms & Conditions and any Updated Terms before continuing with your registration.
  
  13. Governing Law
  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. 
  
  14.  Miscellaneous
  a.    In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision shall be modified to allow it to be enforced in line with the intention of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected. 
  b.    You agree that all documents or notices that we wish to send you or are entitled to send you electronically may be delivered to your email address which was provided upon registration. 
  c.    Subject to applicable law, all disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of the agreement between us for any reason. 
  d.    No single or partial exercise, or failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy by us shall constitute a waiver by us of, or impair or preclude any further exercise of, that or any right, power or remedy arising under these terms and conditions or otherwise. 
  e.    Unless expressly agreed in writing otherwise, these Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Site and supersede any and all representations, communications and prior agreements (written or oral) made by you or us. 
  f.    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, you and Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City. 
  
  15. Acceptance
  By registering and participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

   

• ⭐ WAIVER

  
  Please take a full screenshot of this waiver. Kindly print it and review before signing. Once signed, kindly provide it also to the registration booth during the event.
    ● Printed waivers will also be provided on the event day. You may also opt to sign it during the registration process.
  
  
  
  By signing this waiver you signify that you have read the Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by it and this will be the agreement between you and Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. 
  
  WARRANTY
  PARTICIPANT warrants that he/she is:
  a.    An individual at least 18 years of age who has the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  b.    A corporation, branch office, or partnership registered and in good standing with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has a permanent place of business in the Philippines, and is duly represented by its designated account holder duly authorized to contract or fund loans on its behalf; or
  c.    A sole proprietorship duly registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). 
  d.    I am fit to participate in this event.
  e.    I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
  
  WAIVER
  By signing this Waiver, I agree to hold Fast Retailing Philippines Inc., its officers, employees and authorized representatives from any liability, including but not limited to financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by accident or by negligence. I release and forever discharge and hold harmless Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my participation in the activity including claims arising out of negligence. I understand and acknowledge that this Release Discharges Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. from any liability or claim that I may have against Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation in the aforesaid activity.  
  I also acknowledge the risks involved in this UNIQLO Mall of Asia Redefined 1st Anniversary Community Run. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. I have read and understand the safety precautions. I hereby expressly assume the risk of injury or harm to me from these activities and Release Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from my participation in the event.
  I, expressly agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the Philippines and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Release shall not be affected.
  By signing this waiver, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. for any reason.  I express my understanding and intent to enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability knowingly and voluntarily. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as informed to by Fast Retailing Philippines Inc and its authorized representatives in writing and/ or as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
