Q1. Where and when will the event be held?

The UNIQLO Holiday Celebration will be on November 27, 2024 at the BGC Amphitheater.

Q2. Who can enter the UNIQLO Holiday Celebration?

All customers who have the UNIQLO App downloaded on their phone can enter the event for free. Customers must be registered as a member on the UNIQLO App to be granted free entrance to the event.
Mechanics are applicable for all people of all ages. No exceptions.

Q4. How many person/s can enter the UNIQLO Holiday Celebration per app download?
 

Each customer who has the UNIQLO app downloaded on their phone and is registered on the app can get one (1) entry to the event.

One (1) App download / membership = 1 event entry (1 pax)

If customers attend in groups, each person should have the UNIQLO App downloaded in each of their phones and should have registered on the app to be given entry to the event.

Q5. Can I choose my preferred seat for the event?

The area allotted for eligible customers are all STANDING general admission. No assigned and/or reserved seats.

Q6. Is there a limited capacity at the venue?

The general admission event grounds capacity is 1,500 pax with a first come first serve rule. First 1,500 attendees will be given a wristband to enter the event. Attendees beyond the 1,500 capacity can watch the concert outside the event grounds.

Q7. How do I enter the UNIQLO Holiday Celebration?

Customers must show their UNIQLO App Membership ID at the entrance gate of the event venue upon entry on November 27, 2024.

Gate opens at 5PM.
