NEXT DAY HOME DELIVERY FOR NCR
UNIQLO now offers Next Day Home Delivery for Metro Manila areas only. Order before 12pm and get your package the next day (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & weekends and orders with alteration).
Standard estimated delivery time frame for other regions (in working days) - Luzon (except NCR): 3 - 8 days, Visayas: 8 - 10 days, Mindanao: 10 - 12 days.
How to track Home Delivery Orders
1. Open UNIQLO App.
2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".
3. Look for the "Detailed Status" and copy the tracking number indicated.
4. Go to Ninjavan Tracking Site and paste the tracking number, then click "Track Parcel".
2. Click & Collect
You may also choose the Click & Collect option and pick up the items at a store near you. Please note that the items will be coming from our warehouse and will take a few days to be delivered.
To track your Click & Collect delivery, you will receive an email when it is shipped out and another email when it is available for claiming at the store.
You would just need to present the Click & Collect order email confirmation or the Order History on your app when picking-up your order.
Notes for Click & Collect:
1. The holding period of your Click & Collect order is 14 days from its arrival date in the store. Please contact your selected store within the pick up period for an extension. Kindly use Store Locator to get their contact number.2. Failure to claim your Click & Collect order within the holding period will result to your order being returned back to our warehouse for refund processing. Process may take up to 14 to 30 working days upon receiving the item in the warehouse.
3. If you are not able to collect your order yourself, you may ask someone to collect it on your behalf. However, please note that they will need a copy of your Notification e-mail to proceed with the collection.
4. In line with our initiative, we would highly recommend you to bring your own reusable bag when you pick-up your Click & Collect order in store.
SAME DAY CLICK & COLLECT
UNIQLO now offers Same Day Click & Collect! Order before 12PM and get your package starting 7PM onwards (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & Sundays and orders with alteration).

1. For Pay in Store transactions only: Please secure the payment of your order before 12 pm for your order to be confirmed by our warehouse team for Same Day Click & Collect.
