UNIQLO now offers Next Day Home Delivery for Metro Manila areas only. Order before 12pm and get your package the next working day (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & weekends and orders with alteration).
Standard estimated delivery time for Metro Manila if you have placed your order beyond 12 pm:
1 to 3 business days
Standard estimated delivery time frame for other regions (in working days):
Luzon: 3 - 8 working days
Visayas: 8 - 10 working days
Mindanao: 10 - 12 working days
How to track Home Delivery Orders
1. Open UNIQLO App.
2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".
3. Look for the "Detailed Status" and copy the tracking number indicated.
4. Go to Ninjavan Tracking Site and paste the tracking number, then click "Track Parcel".

● Delivery timeframe will start once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
● We can only provide estimates, but more detailed information may be viewed on your order status once the items have been shipped. We will allocate additional days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities.
● If you have inquiries or requests regarding your Click & Collect order once it has been shipped out, you may call your chosen store directly. You may view their contact number via Store Locator.

UNIQLO now offers Same Day Click & Collect! Order before 12PM and get your package starting 7PM onwards (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & Sundays and orders with alteration).
