You can check your Order Status through the UNIQLO app or website.

How do I check the product/item code?

An item code or a product code is a 6-digit number used to identify our products.
Shown on the images below are product tags, UNIQLO App, and website. The 6-digit product codes are displayed on the blue frames. How to check from the product tags. 

How can I track my Click & Collect order?

You will receive an email when your order is shipped out and another email when your order is available for pick-up at your chosen store. It will take a few days for it to arrive at the store.
