Q. How do I access my account if I forgot my password?
If you are having trouble logging in or you cannot remember your password, please follow the steps below:

2. Click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link.
3. Enter your registered e-mail address
4. Input your Postal Code or Birthday for the Verification List
You will receive an email to reset your account password. Please check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up there.
If you do not receive the email, it may be because you do not have a registered account with us. As a reminder, once you have registered an account using your e-mail address, you cannot reuse the same e-mail in order to create a new Uniqlo account.
You can get in touch with our friendly Customer Support Team via our Contact Us page or any available channels below, and they can further investigate or assist with resetting your account password.
