Q. How can I proceed with Return & Exchange?

RETURN POLICY - UNIQLO PHILIPPINES 
 
You may proceed with return or exchange provided that the item/s meets our Return/Exchange Policy: 


- Return or exchange date is within 30 days from purchase or shipment date 
- Item is in good and original condition (has not been worn or washed and the tag is still intact).
For hygienic purposes, item return/exchange for socks, inner wear (underwear, swimwear, and camisole), baby products, shoes and other accessories (belt, AIRism Mask, etc.), packaged items, and altered items are not allowed.

As the returns and refund process varies from purchase type, please ensure you have read the return process relating to your order type below:

- Physical store purchase
Online store purchase (Home delivery and Click & Collect/ Store Delivery) 
- Pay-in-store 
 


1. PHYSICAL STORE PURCHASE   

Documents needed: The official receipt or gift receipt.  

FOR EXCHANGE:   

Exchanges can be made at any UNIQLO physical store.  

FOR RETURN:   

For products purchased in store that requires refund, items must be returned to the same store of purchase.  

Please bring the product/s in good and original condition along with the official receipt and the credit/debit card you used to purchase the item.  

 
2. ONLINE STORE PURCHASE  (Home delivery and Click & Collect delivery/ Store Delivery) 

Documents needed: Official receipt and 2-page paper attached to the package: (1st page: Packing list and the 2nd page: Return form in your package)  

FOR EXCHANGE:

We do not offer exchanges through our online returns process. Items sent back to our online warehouse will be processed for a refund.  

If you wish to exchange the item you purchased online and require a new size or color, you can have it exchanged to any of our physical stores. If you wish to return completely because you are not happy with the item, you may refer to the “For Return” instructions below.  

Please be advised that the items you wish to exchange are subject to availability, you may choose to have the item exchanged with another item with the same or higher priced item.  

FOR RETURN:   

Please make sure to read the Refund/Exchange Form included in your package to check the process relating to your order classification.  

Online purchases that require refund must be returned to the warehouse facility. (please refer to the address provided in the return form

Please follow these steps:  
  • - Make sure to read the Refund/Exchange Form. Confirm that the items meet the Return & Exchange Policy.  
  • - Re-pack the items including all original tags, original receipt, packing list, and Return form and ship the items back to the address indicated in the return form (2nd page of the 2-page document provided)  
 Kindly note:  
  • Shipping fee of item return back to our warehouse shall be shouldered by the customer.  
  • - Refunded amount will be reverted to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the online order. 
  • The process of refund begins when we receive the item/s in our warehouse.  
  • - Refund takes up to 14 business days to be processed. However, the timeline may depend on your credit/debit card company's policy.  

3. PAY-IN-STORE  

Documents needed: Official receipt and 2-page paper attached to the package: (1st page: Packing list and the 2nd page: Return form in your package)  

FOR EXCHANGE:
