Q. How can I check if the product is available?

You can check product availability through our website or app.

How to check availability of Online products
You may check product availability online by using the search bar. Just type the product code or product name on the search bar. If the search result comes back empty, it means that the item is either out of stock online or already discontinued.

If the item is not available, the color or size will be grayed out and you will not be able to add the item to your cart. We will also show the Limited Stocks and Out-of-Stock signs for your convenience.

How to check availability of Store products
Find Stock In Store
You can check if the item is available at a store near you. Just select your desired color and size, and search the store name.

You can check store availability by scanning the barcode on the product tag.

NOTE: We only reflect the previous day stock. This is not reflecting the current stock information for each store.

How do I check the product/item code?

An item code or a product code is a 6-digit number used to identify our products. 

Shown on the images below are product tags, UNIQLO App, and website. The 6-digit product codes are displayed on the blue frames.

How do I check the size?

To check a product's size chart, just search for the item on the UNIQLO app or website, then click on [SIZE CHART].

Please note that sizes differ for each item. Even if the displayed size is the same, the measurements itself may vary. Kindly refer to the item's size chart to get the correct size.

When will you restock?

If an item is out of stock online and in stores, unfortunately we do not have any information on when or if we will be restocking this item. If the item is still posted online, you may put the item in your wish list.

On the app, click on the heart icon to add this to your wish list.

Are the products offered online available in physical stores?

We are unable to guarantee that the same products will be available both online and in stores. The online store has a wider range of products and carries special sizes (XS, XXL, 3XL) that are not available in our stores. If you want to check if an item online is available in the store, you may use the Find In Store function on our app & website.

Do you have the same price online and in physical stores?

The prices in Uniqlo Philippines stores and Uniqlo Philippines online are similar. However some prices may vary depending on online promotions. Please note that all prices are VAT inclusive. For online orders, shipping fee may be applied.
