Q. How can I add items to my purchase history?

For store purchases, present your membership ID to the cashier upon the transaction. Your purchase history will take into effect the following day of your purchase. If your app was not scanned, unfortunately we cannot manually add items to your purchase history.

For online purchases, order history is updated right after you complete your order. If you do not see your order or encountered an error during the completion process, please get in touch with our Customer Support team using any available channels below.
