Q. Can I alter my purchased pants?

Jeans and select pants purchased in stores may be altered. When you fit the items in our fitting room, simply inform our staff that you will have the pants altered and they will pin the pants according to your request. When you're done shopping, you may proceed to the cashier to settle the payment. Our staff at the cash wrap area will give you an alteration slip, which you can present when you claim your altered items. Alteration times may vary so please ask the cashier in the store.

If you decide to have your items altered on a different date, or even at a different Uniqlo store, you may just bring the original receipt and the actual item/s for alteration on your preferred date and Uniqlo store location. Alteration time varies per store. You can simply ask any of the store staff how long the wait time for alteration is.

Regular stitch:
-100PHP for pants purchased under 990PHP, FREE for pants purchased above 990PHP
Blind stitch:
-200PHP for pants purchased under 990PHP, 100PHP for pants purchased above 990PHP
